At this time we are performing the following:
Daily office disinfecting.
Daily truck disinfecting of all surfaces.
All trucks have their own dedicated disinfectant spray bottles.
Crew members have been provided with masks or gloves.
All crew members have been provided with spray hand sanitizer and are using it throughout the day and on truck door handles and other surfaces multiple times per day.
Crews have been reduced to 2 people for traveling in the trucks.
Work onsite is being managed to allow for social distancing.
Work outside in the fresh air is lower risk.
Some office employees have been set up to work remotely and are not coming to the office at all.
Orientation has been postponed.
All Operations team meetings have been switched to remote meetings.
All in person meetings are limited to 3 people and taking place in the shop or outside to provide for distancing.
We are able to meet with clients via phone or distancing while on site.
No client meetings are needed for most of our site visits.
We offer auto pay options and email invoicing to eliminate need to handle mail on our behalf.
